I’M WORKING ON SOMETHING BIG

Oh man, I’ve always wanted to draw a picture like this. But with my lack of space management skills and planning a composition, I had to draw over half of it digitally. orz I’m having a problem thinking of outfits for Alinde and Tilth though since they’re from East and I’m not sure how different clothes are from South. And I’m thinking Ardin and Tarnim are from North, but I haven’t decided. D: So hey, the foreigners are to the left, haha. Man, I hate drawing people sitting down though. :U

And I’m working on a few things (like four to six), but I keep getting distracted and working on other things. A couple pictures I’ve barely touched in like a month. orz

Okay then, this was just a really fast sketch while waiting for something to download, which is taking a really long time, and taking longer, and I don’t think it’s even worth trying to waste time writing this post to wait for. ): And I don’t think I’ll color this, I don’t know. D:

Well, other than that, I finished the image for my Mother’s Day card. I forgot to save the elf version as a new file though. ):

AHAHAHA, wut

You know, you don’t miss how your characters look until you change their race and get rid of their face markings. orz They just look so weird with normal ears. xD

I’m doing this for my mom for Mother’s Day, but she doesn’t like the way I draw elves, so I made them human. I think I’ll make a version where they’re elves, because this is really bugging me. D:

Character design

Finally got around to design the creator of the Bounty Lock world, the Grand Mother, or as I call her, Mommy. :3

Just quickly put colors on, still not sure about them. I wanted to pick colors that four Sages didn’t wear, so green and purple.

She’s based on the belief of Deism in that she left after creating the world, and thus has no influence in the lives of humans. There originally wasn’t even going to be a god (as I don’t like religion, haha), but I figured somebody had to give birth to the Sages. :’D Also, it was hard to give her a name since I didn’t want it to sound religious. She was originally called the “Divine Mother,” but that has a religious connotation to me. I’m still not sure about her name though. D:

WIPWIPWIP

So, I’m starting that 100 theme challenge thing. Go ahead, laugh at me. I’ve been out of ideas lately, and I figured this could help in times like this. xD I had a different concept for the first one, but it didn’t come out well and I’m not up for drawing another forest. D:

This was only going to be Eri, Rey, and Slicer at first, but then I wanted to add Tilth and Alinde, then I was leaving Rowan out, so I added him last minute. Sorry, buddy, I always forget about you. orz But I’ve never drawn all six of them from the first half, so now I finally am, haha.

The only thing though, I REALLY liked Rey’s expression in the sketch, but I just could not get it the same when doing the lineart. I hate when that happens. :U

We’ll see how far I get with this theme thing… probably not too far. ;;
